User Responsibility for Submitted Content

You are responsible for the content you submit to Pithy Notes and Pithy Signal. You agree not to input, upload, paste, or otherwise provide any proprietary, confidential, regulated, sensitive, or restricted information, including trade secrets, non-public business information, personal data, customer data, employee data, health information, financial information, or information protected by contractual, legal, employment, or professional confidentiality obligations.

By using the service, you acknowledge that submitted content may be transmitted to and processed by third-party AI providers, including OpenAI or other model providers, to generate summaries, insights, drafts, reports, and related outputs. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit and process any content you provide. Pithy Notes LLC is not responsible for a user's submission of prohibited or restricted information.

Additional User Responsibilities

Limitations of the Tool

Outputs are generated from provided inputs, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and are not independently verified against source documents, external systems, employment records, or operational practices.

Acceptable Use

The platform provider is not responsible for decisions, actions, or outcomes arising from use of the tool or its outputs.
